Generous breakfast options served with a warm welcome.
I encountered various issues that left me frustrated. The shower pressure was so low that I had no option but to use the gym facilities instead, and my bedroom door was tricky to lock were great. I was repeatedly disturbed by loud conversations late into the night and found no one available to help when I tried to address these concerns.

Central location short walk to the park, Perth and local shops, it was in an excellent area. The hotel was only 1 km from The Black Watch Museum. The quadruple room was airy with tea and coffee. The staff was amiable, as well as owner.

Perth vibes 🌆
Jacky was the most cute host, super chill and helpful! The room was nice and clean, and brekkie had a lekker selection-had some proper cooked food that hit the spot. Plus, the spot is just a quick walk to the town centre. Really enjoyed my stay here!
The shower was a bit noisy, but it worked fine. No biggie!

Just a decent option for a brief retreat in Perth with high value for money. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable, awesome for a good night's sleep. If you need a quick breakfast, make sure to order it the night before to avoid missing out.

Good value accommodation with a clean and comfortable room, though the lack of electrical sockets was inconvenient. The location is a short walk from the city center. The breakfast had a nice selection but could be improved.

missingWrote a review on 12 Julcomfortable roomgood breakfastoutdated decorimpersonal check-inrigid payment process
The single room was comfortable and adequately sized with good storage. Breakfast in the adjoining hotel featured a wide selection, and the coffee was excellent. The overall decor felt outdated, and check-in lacked the warm welcome expected from a B&B. The payment process seemed unnecessarily rigid, leaving a somewhat impersonal impression.

Check-in was easy, and my room was quiet and perfect for a solo night. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I had all I needed for a lovely stay. Just a short walk to town. Loved it!
The only problem was a somewhat old vibe-was like my grandma's attic without the knick-knacks! Great breakfast, but the sausages could have been better. My taste buds filed a complaint!
